Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup (2 sticks) of Butter softened
1 Cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed (light brown)
2 Eggs
2 TSP Vanilla
12 oz Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels
12 oz Reese's Miniature Peanut Butter Cups (about 50 - cut into fourths)

2 and 1/2 Cups of Flour
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. With electric mixer cream soften butter and peanut butter until
well blended. Add sugars and mix well. Add eggs, vanilla, and mix until blended. Whisk together
dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking soda ). Stir into creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in
milk chocolate morsels. Shape cookie dough into balls. Press 3 or 4 pieces of Reese's Peanut Butter
Cup into each ball of dough. Place on baking sheet about 1 and 1/2 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for
8-10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5-10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely. Once cookies are cool, store in an air tight container or freezer bags. Cookies are best eaten the same day they are made or 1-2 days later (they get stale fairly quickly). Zapping them in the microwave for a few seconds helps.
