Dough:
2 Cups of Flour
1/2 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 Cup of Lard
1/2 Cup of Margarine
1/2 Cup of Cold Water
2 Egg Yolks

Apple Filling:
Peel & Slice Apples (thin)
Add white raisins by the handful
Sprinkle Cinnamon Over Apples
1 Spoon of Sugar
A pinch of Salt

Frosting:
Add milk or water to powdered sugar to make frosting (not a lot of milk/ water).

Directions:
Butter pan and cut dough in half. Roll dough to line bottom of pan. Patch up by "taking from Peter and giving to Paul". Roll the other half of the dough for the top layer. Place apples across the bottom crust (spread out, not too thick). Cover with top layer of crust and patch up. Poke holes in top layer with fork. Melt butter and spread across top layer crust. Cook for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Drizzle frosting over top layer.
