1 Whole Chicken (legs, wings, and/or breasts to equal whole)
1 Cup of Rice (uncooked)
1 Cup of Cream of Celery OR Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Water
1 Package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a shallow roasting pan and sprinkle uncooked rice over bottom. Place raw chicken pieces on rice. Mix soup with water and pour over rice and chicken. Sprinkle onion soup over all. Cover with aluminum foil tightly. Bake at 325 degrees F for 2 hours.
