2 and 1/2 or 3 Cups of Flour
3 Eggs
1 TSP Salt
1 and 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
2+ Cups of Milk
Ham (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, eggs, salt, and baking powder in bowl. Add milk so the dough is lighter and thin enough to scoop like pancake (about 2+ cups). Add ham (diced small). Add lard / Crisco oil/ bacon grease to a pan and heat. Allow pan to get HOT HOT HOT! Put the badder in the pan like a pancake. Wait for the pancake to bubble before flipping. Allow both sides to get nice and brown.
