16 slices white bread, crusts removed
16 slices of Canadian back bacon or ham
16 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
½ tsp pepper
½ - 1 tsp dry mustard
¼ cup minced onion
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
1 - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cups milk
dash tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put 8 slices of bread in a 9 x 13" buttered glass baking dish
2. Add pieces to cover dish entirely
3. Cover bread with bacon/ham
4. Top with cheese
5. Cover with remaining bread
6. In a bowl, beat eggs and pepper
7. Add mustard, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire, milk and tabasco
8. Pour over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight
9. Bake at 350°F uncovered for 1 hour
10. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving
