¼ cup sugar
¾ cup flour
1 stick room temperature butter

*confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prehead oven to 350º

In a food processor, blend together the hazelnuts and sugar.
Then, add the flour and butter.
Blend until crumbly.

Form the dough into 2 logs (makes like 2, 7 inch logs) and cover with saran wrap. Place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes otherwise the dough will be too crumbly and fall apart as you try and form a cookie.

Take out of fridge and cut into "cookie slices".

Put on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes
*Do not overcook them! They may look raw, but they are not!

Wait to cool, then sprinkle with confectioners sugar and enjoy!

****optional:
Freeze a strip of nutella (2 strips) and put on wax paper in the freezer for at least 15 mins.
Once your dough comes out of the fridge, make an opening to insert the nutella into the middle of the dough, and form the dough around the nutella so it is covered.
*when you slice each cookie, it should have a nutella center!
Enjoy!
