1½ cup graham water crumbs
1/3 cup softened butter or marg
¼ cup sugar.
3 Tbsp butter or marg
1½ cup sifted icing sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp cream or milk
½ tsp vanilla
Whip ½ pint whipping cream
small can of well-drained crushed pineapple

Directions:

Crust:
1. Mix graham water crumbs with softened butter or marg and sugar.
2. Save ¼ c to sprinkle on top.
3. Bake the rest in 9” square pan at 350; for 8 min. Cool.
Middle Layer:
1. With pastry blender work together butter or marg and sifted icing sugar.
2. Then add cream or milk and vanilla.
3. Whip the butter icing and put on bottom layer.
4. Set in frig until firm.
Top:
1. Whip whipping cream.
2. Then fold in one small can of well-drained crushed pineapple.
3. Sprinkle saved crumbs on top.

Keep in frig.
