Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups Self-Rising Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the flour and oil until coarse.
(basically filled with tiny little clumps)

Slowly mix in the milk and the broth.

The dough should be thick and easy to move around with you hands.

If it is too sticky, add a sprinkling of flour until the right texture is gotten.

Simply tear off parts of the dough and in your hands roll into balls.

Drop into boiling chicken broth for a great, fluffy dumpling.

Be sure to not stir but press the dumplings down into the broth. This will keep them from falling a part.

Personal Notes:
Out of all my family members, I am the only one who has my Gram's dumpling recipe. I am also the only one besides her who can make these dumplings without the chance of them falling apart.
