1 ½ to 2 lbs. of ground beef
1 c. crushed saltine crackers
2 or 3-8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 onion chopped
1 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
ketchup to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Pour 1 can of tomato sauce over crushed crackers. Mix beef, crackers, salt and pepper, onion and eggs. Add a big squeeze of ketchup and any tomato sauce that might be left in the can from the crackers. Mix well. Place in a 13x9" baking dish. Pour more tomato sauce over the top and spread evenly. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Drain off excess grease. Pour more tomato sauce over top and bake uncovered for 10 to 15 more minutes.
