2 tbsp shortening or pam 1 envelope onion soup mix 2 c water green pepper 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Cut meat into strips, brown in Pam or shortening. Drain all liquid. Stir in onion soup mix and 2 cups water. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Blend cornstarch and 1/2 cup water. Mix with meat and cook over stove. Serve with rice or noodles.
