1/2 cup flour
1 egg; beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 large onion; sliced and separated

Directions:
Dip onion rings in above mixture. Bring oil to hot in electric skillet (350 degrees) or deep fat fryer. Fry until golden. Drain on paper towels. Salt and eat!
