Ingredients:  
3 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 C. sour cream
few grains salt
1 C. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & cream. Cook to 240 degrees (soft ball) Remove from heat, add salt & butter - beat till mixture begins to grain. Stir in vanilla & nuts. Pour into buttered pan.
