1/2 c margarine softened
3/4 c light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1T juice from cheeries
1 1/2 c flour
20-25 maraschino cherries, patted dry
20-25 milk chocolate chips
additional 1 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream brown sugar and butter. Add vanilla and juice from cherries. Add flour, mix well. Chill dough for 1 hour.
Stuff each cherry with a chocolate chip, wrap in 1 T of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool.
Melt the 1 cup chocolate chips in microwave and dip top of cookies in the chocolate
