1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound orange slice candy
1/2 cup quick-cook oatmeal
1/2 cup flaked coconut or nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Beat in eggs. Sift 1-1/2 cups flour, soda and salt. Blend together. Cut orange slices into small bite size pieces and mix with the rest of the flour. Add to mixture. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
