1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple; reserve juice
yellow cake mix (use pineapple juice instead of water)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the margarine and brown sugar with the pineapple for a minute. Pour evenly into the bottoms of a sprayed mini cupcake pan. Add a spoonful of the yellow cake mix on top in each cupcake ring. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and invert onto a serving plate.
