1 cup fat free milk
1 egg white, lightly beaten

2 cups cornflakes, finely crumbled
1/4 cup fliur
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Halibut (no amount given on recipe card)
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and egg white in shallow dish.
Mix together cornflakes, flour, salt and pepper. Place in another shallow dish.

Dip fish in milk mixture and then coat with cornflake mix.

Heat skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil on medium high heat.
Cook 4 minutes on each side -- fish flakes with fork
