2 | egg whites
1/8 tsp | salt
1/8 tsp | cream of tartar
1 tsp | vanilla
¾ cup | sugar
60 oz | semisweet chocolate bits
¾ cup | walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first four ingredients till soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a brown paper bag. Drop rounded spoonfuls on pan or pipe from a pastry bag. Bake at 230-250 degrees for 25 minutes.
