1 lb lasagna
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce (30 oz)
4 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
1 lb of ground beef or sausage
4 eggs
1 lb ricotta cheese
½ lb mozzerella cheese
Dash of nutmeg, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the meat in olive oil. Add spaghetti sauce and one can of water (10oz). Allow to cook 15 minutes longer. Cook lasagna noodles as directed. Prepare filling, mix ricotta, mozzarella, eggs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. In baking dish, place a layer of sauce and alternate with layers of lasagna, filling, lasagna, sauce... grated cheese on top. Bake at 375º for 50-60 minutes.
