3 cups flour

¾ cup sugar

1 tbls sugar

1 package yeast

2 tbsp hot water (not boiling)

1 cup milk heated

½ cup butter melted

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix 1 tbls sugar , yeast, and warm water together until yeast bubbles (about 10 minutes)

Heat milk and then melt butter in heated milk. Mix all ingredients together, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Cake does not need time to rise after addition of yeast. I also put cinnamon sugar on top of cake.
