2 sticks Unsalted Butter or Margarine (softened)
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 pound ( about 4 cups) Confectioners Sugar
¼ cup of Milk
½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until fluffy.
Beating until blended after each addition, beat in Peanut Butter, ½ the Confectioners Sugar, Milk, Vanilla, then the reamaing Sugar.
Cover with plastic wrap until ready to use.

When I was in elementary school for my birthday each year, my grandma would make me chocolate cupcakes and use this frosting. Everyone always went crazy over it and wanted the recipe.
