1 (5 ounce) jar sharp process cheese spread
½ cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp cold water
2 Tbsp hot red or green pepper jelly divided.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese spread and butter into flour until mixture resembles course meal. sprinkle water evenly over surface; stir with fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Shape dough into a ball; chill 4 hours. Divide dough in half; refrigerate half. Roll out half of dough on floured surface to ¼ inch thickness. Cut into 3 inch rounds with a glass or cookie cutter. Place ¼ teaspoon jelly in center of each round. moisten edges with water. Fold each round in half and press edges with a fork to seal, place on lightly greased cookie sheets. repeat with remaining dough. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
