1 stick butter, softened
¼ c. cream cheese, softened
1½ c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2½ c. flour
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. sprinkles
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and extracts until light and fluffy for about 5 minutes. Scrape down sides of the bowl w/spatula. Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix together on low/medium speed for 1 minutes, until combined. Refrigerate dough for 2 hrs. before baking. When dough is done chilling, preheat oven to 350º. Line 2 baking sheets w/parchment paper or spray w/non-stick spray. Pour the sprinkles into a medium bowl and roll tbsp. size balls of dough into the sprinkles. Place cookies onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 7-9 minutes. Cookies should still look wet when they come out of the oven. Cool for 3-5 minutes before moving to wire rack.
