Notes: Sundays were made for family. At the heart of every Sunday dinner was sauce and meatballs. The sauce cooked long and slow and it started with braised meat from Pronios. When I close my eyes, I see Nonna standing in her downstairs kitchen braising the meat and putting the big pot of sauce on. We were blessed to have Sundays together in a time when family does not sit for a meal together. Enjoy Nonna's sauce on Sunday and freeze left overs.
