2 (7 oz) Tubes of Almond Paste
3/4 C Confectioners Sugar
2 Egg Whites
2 Tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 C plu 3 Tbsp Pine Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line Baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat almond paste, sugar and pignoli nut setting aside 3 Tbsp. for garnish together, then add the remaining ingredients. Beating the egg with the dough like mixture Spoon a teaspoon full of the dough onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Press pine nuts into the cookie. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
