3 small packages orange jello
1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate
8 oz. container whipping cream, whipped (slightly sweetened)
8 oz. crushed pineapple
8 oz maraschino cherries
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 ½ cups boiling water in glass bowl.
Add orange juice concentrate, cottage cheese, whipped cream, pineapple, cherries, and nuts and mix well.
Place in 9x13 glass dish and refrigerate until set.

This is a recipe my Grandma Madsen made for Thanksgiving every year. She wasn't the best cook, so this was memorable to my dad! Some love it, some hate it, but it is tradition!
