Grandma's Yeast Rolls Recipe

1 c. hot water
½ c. sugar
½ c. butter
1 t. salt
4 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
½ cup melted butter (melted) to dip rolls in
1 pkt instant yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In a side dish: Mix 1 pkt. yeast with 2 T, lukewarm water and ½t. sdugar. Allow to prove ( will be a foamy mixture)

Add sugar, butter and salt to hot water. Vool mixture to lukewarm. add the yeast mixture, then eggs. stir in 2 c. flour, beat thoroughly. Stir in rest of flour. Do not knead. YOu can refrigerate in a big ziplock bag or immediately form into small balls ( size of a ping pong ball) 3 ball to a roll. Dip each ball in the melted butter and place into a muffin cup.
Refrigerated dough can be kept for 1 week.
Bake the rolls at 400º for 15-20 minutes
