6 large potatoes; peeled 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream dash garlic salt 3 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon chives 3 ounces cream cheese
Cook potatoes in salt water. Drain, mash and add butter an milk. Whip thouroughly. Blend in sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic salt. Place in a greased casserole; dot with butter and sprinkle a few chives on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
