5 Eggs
1 c Butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Flour
1 - 2 tsp. Cardamom (taste to your liking)


** A Krumkaker iron or maker is needed or you can use a Pizelle make, if using a pizelle maker Krumkaker are thinner r)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar, add eggs and flour and cardamon. Drop a large tsp onto the iron, within 30 second the cookie is ready. Immediately remove from the iron and roll onto the cone. Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can also fill the cone with whipped cream.

When I first starting making these, I was given the recipe from Grandma and I would borrow her iron that went onto the stove. Granda later bought me a krumbaker maker!
