1 lb ground beef
1 large onion
2 cans pinto beans or red beans , drained
1 large can tomatoe juice
Cayenne ( to taste )
Salt
Pepper
Uncooked spaghetti ( approx 3 serving size

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions until cooked, drain
Season with salt , pepper, cayenne pepper

In large stock pot add tomatoe juice plus 1 full can of water, season with salt,pepper,cayenne
Bring to a boil, add beef mixture, bring back to boil, add beans.
Simmer for approximately 3-4 hrs stirring occasionally

Add dry spaghetti, best to break into 1/3 pieces, cook 10 minutes.

Serve with crackers...enjoy😀

This always was a favorite of mine. Loved when mom would make it on a rainy day,
