3 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, yolks only
3 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Almonds, chopped
extra sugar
extra egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add cream, egg yolks and vanilla. Add flour. Roll into small roll like sausages. Add more flour if necessary. Roll should be stiff. Put in refrigerator overnight. Slice thin. Put a little bit of egg yolk on top of each slice. Put chopped almonds and sugar on top. Bake at 375* for about 10 minutes.
