1-2 layers sliced potatoes
1 layer sliced raw onions
1 layer sliced raw carrots
¼ cup uncooked rice
1 can peas and the liquid
1 lb breakfast sausage
1-10oz can tomato soup
1 can water
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF.
In a deep 9 inch greased casserole dish, arrange sliced potatoes, onions, carrots, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper. Scatter rice over the vegetables then pour the peas and liquid over top. Layer the sausages over top, then add the soup mixed with water. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15-30 minutes longer.
