2½ c flour
1½ t baking powder
½ t cinnamon
¼ t baking soda
¼ t salt
¼ t ground cloves
½ c margarine (at least 70% vegetable oil)
1 c sugar
2 eggs
½ t vanilla
1 pkg chocolate chips (mini chips)
Frosting:
2 c powdered sugar
¼ c mashed banana
2 T soft margarine
½ t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Beat margarine for 30 seconds then add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla beating well. Add dry ingredients alternately with bananas. Add chocolate chips and bake at 350º for 10 min. (we double this recipe)
Frosting:
Beat together. Frost cookies only after they have cooled. We have added a couple drops of banana extract for extra flavor. Yumm - Enjoy!
