Creamy White Frosting: Mix together the following ingredients
4 T. Soft Butter
2 C. Confectioner's Sugar
Pinch of Salt
3 T. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Chocolate Frosting:
Add 6 T. cocoa or 2 squares of melted chocolate to the creamy white frosting

German Chocolate Cake Frosting:
1 C. Canned Milk
1 C. Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1/4 Lb. Margarine
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans
1 1/3 C. Shredded Coconut
Mix together all the ingredients except pecans and coconut and cook for approximately 12 minutes then add 1/3 C. chopped pecans and 1 1/3 C. shredded coconut.

Never Fail Icing: Mix together the following ingredients:
1 C. Sugar
2 Unbeaten Egg whites
1/4 Tsp. Salt
3 T. Water
1/2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Butterscotch Boiled Frosting:
2 Egg Whites
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Dark Karo
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
Combine egg whites, karo, brown sugar and salt in top of double boiler. Place over rapidly boiling water and cook, beating constantly with beater for 7 minutes or until it stands in peaks. Remove from heat. Add flavoring, beating in well.
