1 C. Sugar
½ C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Shortening
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1½ C. Oatmeal
1½ C. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 C. Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Roll into balls.
Bake on lightly greased cookie sheets at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
