Ingredients:
Ingredients:

1 package of Oreos (not double stuff, just the regular kind)
1 package of cream cheese (8 ounces)
1 package white almond bark (about 10 ounces) White chocolate chips work too but almond bark doesn't harden & dry out as fast when you are dipping the balls

Directions:
Directions:
1) Set the cream cheese out so that it is at room temperature before you start (or you can microwave it for 10-15 seconds to soften it)

2) Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. (You can do this in a blender or food processor a few oreos at a time or I usually just put them in a large Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.)

3) Put the Oreo crumbs in a bowl and add the cream cheese. Mix together thoroughly. (Usually doesn't work to just stir it with a spoon. I cream it together in my mixer. You can also mix it together with your hands but it's kind-of messy.)

4) Once everything is mixed, roll into small balls and place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour or until you are ready to dip them.

5) Melt the almond bark according to the directions on the package (I usually microwave it, stirring every 30 seconds until it is all melted) Cover each ball and place on a sheet of waxed paper or back on the cookie sheet until almond bark has dried.

It works best to stab the ball with a bamboo skewer or toothpick, dunk in the almond bark & then use another toothpick to scrape it off onto the waxed paper. There is usually a little bare spot where the toothpick was and I just touch that up with a little more almond bark.
