1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk
flour (as needed for coverage)
1/2 cup oil
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan. While heating begin to prepare chicken for frying.
In a medium-sized bowl combine egg and milk. Dip chicken in mixture, then coat in flour. Place in heated oil to fry. Cover on lower heat, then allow last ten minutes uncovered. When brown add salt/pepper to taste.
