Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds stew meat
1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 can petite diced tomatoes
4 potatoes; cubed
3 carrots; sliced
3 beef cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown your stew meat over medium heat in a stock pot or large soup pan. I usually add some onion salt to this. It will get real tender letting it simmer for a little bit before adding anything else. Do not drain your vegetables, add all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to low and let this simmer for an hour or so.
