"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1-1/2 pounds stew meat 1 can corn 1 can green beans 1 can petite diced tomatoes 4 potatoes; cubed 3 carrots; sliced 3 beef cubes
Brown your stew meat over medium heat in a stock pot or large soup pan. I usually add some onion salt to this. It will get real tender letting it simmer for a little bit before adding anything else. Do not drain your vegetables, add all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to low and let this simmer for an hour or so.
My dad gave me this recipe and it is super easy and tastes great!!
