10 pounds chuck roast; cook with onion, salt and pepper 16 large potatoes; diced 16 carrots; sliced 2 cups shredded cabbage 2 cups chopped onion 4 cups chopped celery 1 quart green beans 1 pint corn 1 bag mixed vegetables 1/2 bag lima beans 1/2 bag peas 2 to 3 quarts tomato juice
Mix all together. Bring to boil and simmer for an hour.
