1 c. or ½ lb. unsalted butter
½ c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 T. cream
2 c. flour
½ t. or less almond extract
1 t. real vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream or mix sugar and softened butter together. Add egg yolks. Then add dry ingredients. Mix well, then add almond and vanilla. Refrigerate dough before making cookies.Use cookie press to shape cookies. Bake at 350º but watch them to avoid them becoming to brown.

I remember these cookies melting in your mouth. I have yet to recreate the same sensation. Grandma's favorite spritz shape was S-shaped cookies.
