2 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
6 cups water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (8-oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, heat oil & add onions and mushrooms, saute 5 minutes. Add water & boullion cubes. Bring to a boil. Gradually add noddles and salt. Cook uncovered 6-8 minutes until noodles are done.

Stir in milk, spinach and wine. Stir until heated, but not boiling. Arrange small bowls of cheese, onion rings and croutons near soup tureen.
