1 pound hamburger 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped carrots 1 cup chopped and shredded cabbage 1 cup chopped potatoes celery if desired 3 cans tomatoes run through blender 3 cups hot water 3 bouillon cubes 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup rice
Mix all ingredients together. Cook to a boil, then simmer one hour.
