1 c Powder Sugar
1 c Sugar
1 c Shortening
1 c Cooking Oil
2 Eggs
Cream above ingr. together
4 c plus 4 tbsp. of Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tarter
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Roll in balls. Put on cookie sheet. Dip glass in sugar and press balls down. Bake at 350º until a light golden brown on bottom. (Do Not Over Bake)

These are Grand Champion Cookies at the Mower County Fair.
