Mix sour cream, cream cheese, Colby/jack cheese and onions. Lay a tortilla flat and put 2-3 large TBSP of mixture on and spread. Fold tortilla 3 times. Repeat until mixture is gone. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this can be done the night before). Remove from refrigerator and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Serve with salsa.
