2 lbs ground beef
1 onion (diced)
1 green bell pepper
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1- 16oz can undrained diced tomatoes
1- 8oz can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup (use a little water to rinse can)
1 package Mrs Dash chili seaconing
1- 16oz can light kidney beans
2 Tbsp flour
1 ½ tsp salt
dash of pepper
½ tsp sugar
3 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp basil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef. Drain the excess grease from the pan. Add all other ingredients (except the beans) and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally. Add the beans and cook 1 hour longer.

Serve over small macaroni with cornbread and crackers.
