1 (8-oz.) pkg. Colby/Jack cheese
1 package slivered almonds
3 bunches chopped green onions and chives
mayo
preserves or jelly of your choice. I use grape

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, cheese, almonds, chopped green onions and chives together. Add mayo one TBSP at a time until mixture sticks together.

Line a pie pan with saran wrap and fill with cheese mixture. Mold mixture in pie pan until flat. Put a platter or round dinner plate on top of pie pan and flip it over onto platter or plate. Spread preserves or jelly on top. Serve with butter crackers. I use Pepperidge Farm butterfly crackers.
