3 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. butter flavored shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, stir in raisins and vanilla. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cream other ingredients.
Combine with flour.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
