1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
3 tbsps. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the batter into container with pouring spout.
Cover with pastic wrap and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to two days.
Using ¼ cip batter make 8 pancakes.
Brush pancakes with butter.
Spread with warmed jam and roll.
Serve with whipped cream if desired.
