2 lbs. of country style spareribs, or Polish sausage
2 large cans of sour kraut
1 small can of Bavarian style kraut
1 1/2 t. salt
4 T brown sugar
4 slices bacon
1 large minced onion
1 t. salt
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Fry onion in bacon grease, blend in flour and 1 t. salt until smooth. Mix cans of sour kraut, 1 1/2 t. salt and 4 T brown sugar. Mix this in with other ingredients.
In large frying pan brown ribs (in a little oil), or sausage in a little water. Combine everything and put in slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high. Transfer to a large baking dish and bake in oven at 350º for 45 min.
