2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 pint strawberries; diced (can use frozen if you wish)
2 kiwi; peeled and diced
1 small orange
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple jelly or apricot jam

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and chop apples coarsely. Zest the orange to measure 1 tsp. Juice the orange to measure 2 Tbsp. juice. Mix all ingredients together, gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon into a serving bowl.
