1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove; pressed
1 can artichoke hearts in water; drained and chopped
1 package imitation crabmeat; chopped (1 1/2 cups)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (3 oz.)
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 lemon; zested to 1 tsp
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
additional sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degreesF. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic, mix well.

Add artichokes, crabmeat, cheese, lemon zest, and black pepper, mix well.

Spoon mixture into a deep baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Sprinkle with red bell pepper and additional green onions. Serve with crackers of choice.
